Задачи

• Oversee end-to-end project management from Purchase Order receipt through delivery and final customer acceptance
• Define project requirements and develop detailed project plans covering milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
• Supervise and delegate tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams
• Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while meeting customer requirements and quality standards
• Act as the primary client contact and manage relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Write technical reports and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and project management best practices

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 3+ Years of project management experience in energy, renewable energy, or industrial automation
• Proven experience delivering commercial and industrial and/or utility-scale projects
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end while balancing scope, schedule, and financial constraints
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders
• Customer-oriented mindset focused on understanding client needs and managing expectations
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, proactivity, xqbhyrx problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Nice to have: project management certifications, experience with SCADA monitoring and control systems, knowledge of Modbus, IEC 6 IEC104), IEC 61850, DNP3, or similar protocols
