The Role

A technical sales role — we need an engineer who sells, not a salesperson who memorizes specs. Our European business runs on an ODM model, so you'll speak the language of customers' CTOs and RF engineers, propose DAS / 5G private network solutions, run demos and PoCs, and win deals on technical credibility.

What You'll Do

• Present and demo DAS and 5G private network solutions to technical buyers — coverage planning, architecture, RF performance
• Work with European ODM/OEM customers' technical teams to define customized product requirements, from feasibility to commercial agreement
• Own pre-sales: RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, PoC trials, and on-site technical validation
• Recruit and technically enable channel partners (SI, VAR, MSP); shape EMEA sales strategy and hit annual targets
• Feed field technical feedback to R&D; support EU ODM expansion, Neutral Host, and Africa/Middle East opportunities

What We Need

• Engineering degree (Telecom/Electronic/RF) — technical background is a must, not a plus
• Hands-on knowledge of DAS, 4G/5G RAN, Small Cells, or wireless coverage — you can design a solution, not just quote one
• 8+ years in telecom, in technical, pre-sales, or technical-sales roles; track record selling into operators, Neutral Hosts
• ODM/OEM or customized product development experience is a strong plus; fluent English, Spanish a plus; willing to travel across EMEA
