We are looking for a UX Research Trainee to join our team and work across qualitative user research, market research, and competitive analysis. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the product development process and learn how user and market insights can help identify opportunities, validate ideas, and shape better digital products.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Support qualitative user research projects, helping plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, and other research activities to better understand users’ needs, behaviours, and pain points.
• Analyse and synthesise research findings to identify insights, patterns, and opportunities that can inform product decisions.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, emerging opportunities, and the broader context in which our clients and their products operate.
• Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand competitors, comparable products, industry best practices, and relevant market dynamics.
• Support Product Managers and Designers in identifying business and product opportunities and validating hypotheses through research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and client teams, bringing research insights into the product development process.
• Help create research reports, presentations, and other deliverables to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.

You will bring to the table:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, UX/HCI, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Interest in qualitative research and understanding user behaviour, as well as market and competitive dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn qualitative and quantitative information into meaningful insights.
• Passion for digital products, technology, and innovation.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Spanish).
• Familiarity with research and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Notion, Excel, or Google Sheets is a plus.
