The project develops digital solutions for financial decision-making, credit access, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity.

Задачи

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software implementation and digital transformation projects;
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables;
• Lead cross-functional and distributed teams of Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and DevOps specialists;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders;
• Provide regular project updates and manage expectations;
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests;
• Coordinate the implementation and integration of enterprise solutions, APIs, and third-party systems;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings;
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory frameworks;
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Track project performance, resource utilization, and key delivery metrics;
• Drive continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Требования

• 3+ Years of project management experience;
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies;
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and distributed teams;
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage priorities, resolve blockers, and drive projects toward successful delivery;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Upper-Intermediate English or above;
• Upper-Intermediate Spanish or above;
• Nice to have: SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification, French language proficiency.
