BRAND CONTENT, COMMUNITY & PR MANAGER

An emerging luxury watch and jewellery brand, based in Mallorca, is looking for a Brand Content, Community & PR Manager to support the brand through its next phase of growth and international expansion. This role will play a key part in shaping the brand’s voice, image and presence, building an international community and increasing its visibility across strategic markets. You will work closely with the Founder and a small, highly collaborative team in an environment where initiative, creativity and the ability to turn ideas into reality are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Content & Storytelling: define and develop the brand’s content strategy, ensuring a consistent narrative and aesthetic across social media, the website and other channels.
• Community: build and nurture an international community, developing authentic relationships with customers, followers and relevant profiles.
• PR & International Visibility: build relationships with media, journalists, editors, influencers and key opinion leaders; coordinate existing PR agencies and identify new international opportunities.
• Creative Production: lead and coordinate photoshoots, audiovisual productions and collaborations with photographers, videographers and other creative partners.
• Events & Brand Experiences: contribute to the creation and execution of events, activations and experiences that strengthen the brand’s positioning and desirability.
• Insights & Growth: analyse channel performance and identify trends, markets and opportunities that can support the brand’s growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Brand Content, Community & PR Manager, ideally within international advertising and communications agencies.
• Experience in luxury, premium, fashion, jewellery, watches or hospitality.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to develop high-quality storytelling and brand communications.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and a genuine understanding of luxury codes and standards.
• Ability to combine creative vision with a results-driven mindset.
