Location: Spain | Hybrid (preferred) in Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, or Logroño | Remote in the rest of the country

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, focused on the development and integration of solutions within the Copilot Service Workspace. You will join an international digital banking environment, contributing to the evolution of customer service and channel integration platforms built on Microsoft technologies. The role combines Dynamics customization, frontend development, and advanced integration work within modern CRM ecosystems.

What you’ll do

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations within Copilot Service Workspace
• Implement and configure Channel Integration Framework (CIF) integrations
• Develop frontend logic and custom behaviors using JavaScript / TypeScript
• Work with Microsoft APM SDK for embedded application integrations
• Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure end-to-end functionality
• Ensure performance, maintainability, and usability of implemented solutions
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborative delivery processes

What we’re looking for

• Proven hands‑on experience with:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Practical experience with:
  • Copilot Service Workspace
  • Channel Integration Framework (CIF)
  • Microsoft APM SDK
• Strong experience developing:
  • JavaScript within Dynamics environments
• Experience working with:
  • Embedded/integrated applications inside Dynamics
  • Container-based integration approaches
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
• Familiarity with Jira or similar collaboration tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously in integration‑heavy environments

Nice to have

• TypeScript experience
• Experience building custom UI integrations within Dynamics 365
• Understanding of frontend architecture patterns in enterprise applications
