Solution Advisor Associate - SAP Academy for Customer Success - Spain (Hybrid)

Overview

A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, the Solution Advisor is the subject‑matter expert responsible for functional and technical knowledge throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete a 10‑month SAP Next Gen Academy program that strengthens the foundation for a customer‑facing career.
• Participate in experiential learning opportunities, including discovery sessions, executive meetings, and software demonstrations that showcase SAP’s value proposition.
• Receive on‑the‑job training under a senior Solution Advisor mentor while working with customers to navigate their Digital Transformation journey.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, conduct surveys to uncover business challenges, and create high‑impact software demonstrations.
• Support demand generation through marketing events and respond to requests for proposals to assist deal execution.

Qualifications

• 2‑3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes.
• Hands‑on experience using relevant technologies and industry‑standard tools to support solution delivery.
• Cooperative, productive approach to internal and external collaboration.
• Strong ability to learn new concepts quickly, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics to identify AI‑solvable business problems.
• Business acumen with demonstrated knowledge of processes and/or industries.
• Proficiency in English for global engagement.
• Curious and agile mindset with enthusiasm for learning and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, project management, and creative thinking skills.
• Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness that support inclusive teamwork.
