GTM Leader - Europe for AI Finance SaaS

Our client is a rapidly growing enterprise AI company transforming how leading financial institutions produce and validate client-ready work.

The platform enables organisations to convert complex, manual processes into scalable AI-powered workflows, helping teams automate processes and operate more efficiently.

The company works with major financial institutions globally and has experienced significant international growth. Following a recent $75 million Series A funding round, the business is continuing its expansion across key global markets.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced GTM Lead to support the company's growth in the Spanish and wider European market.

This is a highly commercial role responsible for developing the regional sales strategy, generating new business and managing the full B2B sales lifecycle — from prospecting and initial engagement through to closing, customer relationships and product feedback.

The successful candidate will have strong exposure to financial services and be comfortable selling sophisticated technology solutions to senior stakeholders within investment banks, asset managers, wealth managers, private equity firms and/or leading consultancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy for the region.
• Identify and engage prospective institutional clients.
• Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle, from lead generation through negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior industry stakeholders.
• Develop opportunities across investment banking, wealth management, asset management, private equity and consulting.
• Work closely with Product and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to product development and iteration.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences.
• Support the company's wider expansion across the European market.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven B2B sales / business development experience.
• Experience scaling sales or commercial functions within a venture-backed / high-growth environment is highly desirable.
• Strong professional experience within investment banking, asset management, wealth management, private equity and/or Tier 1 consulting.
• Strong understanding of institutional financial services clients and their workflows.
• Experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, AI or FinTech would be advantageous.
• Strong academic background, ideally from a leading institution.
• MBA advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and make autonomous decisions.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
• Willingness to travel when required.
