• Budget Tracking and Control
  • Perform daily and monthly tracking of the IT department's budget, ensuring accurate expense allocation and alignment with forecasts.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of periodic financial reports for management, highlighting deviations and trends.
• Procurement and Contract Management (POs and Vendors):
  • Manage the complete Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, from request and creation to follow-up and closure, ensuring adherence to internal processes.
• Process and track contracts with IT vendors. You maintain and update the contract database and monitor renewal and expiration dates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for administrative communication with vendors, ensuring smooth invoicing and contractual service delivery.
• Administrative Support and Documentation
  • Maintain and organize the department's financial and administrative documentation (invoices, expense justifications, project deliverables).
• Assist the IT leadership team with administrative tasks, such as coordinating key meetings, preparing presentations, and providing logistical support.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding procurement, expenses, and vendor management.
