Senior Supply Chain Analyst

The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation – while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Responsibilities

• Perform supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
• Create integrated processes among internal functions (operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers.
• Plan and analyze activities related to the timely, cost‑effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Practical knowledge of project management.
• A bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
