Main Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge of Sotogrande and its prime residential zones to identify, value, and list premium properties.
• Gather and verify all necessary documentation, ensuring mediation agreements and commission policies are correctly applied.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and proactive communication.
• Manage the entire client journey — from the first contact to successful completion and beyond.
• Keep our CRM and personal database consistently updated and aligned with sales and commercial goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in the real estate sector, ideally with a deep understanding of Sotogrande’s market and its most prestigious communities.
• Solid grasp of real estate operations, legal frameworks, and financial processes.
• High level of fluency in English and Spanish.
• Professional, polished, and confident, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, financially driven, and capable of thriving in a multicultural environment.
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with a genuine “can-do” approach.
• Exceptional standards of customer service, ideally with experience handling discerning local and international clients.
