Sales Account Executive – Feature Specialist, Portuguese Market

At Factorial, we are looking for a Sales Account Executive who will focus on selling the Performance feature of our HR software to Portuguese‑speaking markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales‑qualified deals and drive the customer experience throughout the sales cycle for the Performance functionality.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while focusing on account development through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision‑making process, guiding them through the full sales cycle to closure.
• Develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
• Conduct high‑level negotiations with C‑Suite and VP‑level executives.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process.
• Provide reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue attainment to sales leadership.
• Collaborate daily with internal teams (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure the best service to clients.

Qualifications

• Hunter + Farmer mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.
• Experience in B2B sales at a SaaS‑based company or digital‑transformation environment.
• Strong communication skills and quick empathy with people.
• Proactive and open to new ideas.
• Own complete ownership of each activity.
• Proficient level of Portuguese and professional English.
• Additional Qualifications (Bonus Points):
• More than 2 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in building a business unit or team from scratch.
• Full‑cycle B2B sales experience.
• Previous experience in the SMB market.
