About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist Interim to temporarily join our team and provide both operational and strategic HR support. This role goes beyond administration — it requires strong business understanding, leadership partnership, and the ability to drive talent and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities for the Interim HR Generalist

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design based on current and future business needs.
• Drive performance management processes, ensuring clear objectives, feedback culture, and accountability.
• Partner with managers on talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and employee relations matters.
• Support and ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
• Manage HR policies and ensure they are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Oversee internal promotion processes, ensuring fairness and transparency.
• Lead internal communication related to HR processes and programs.
• Promote employee engagement and a strong organizational culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
• Ensure that all required recruitment profiles are delivered on time and in alignment with the company culture.
• Strong knowledge of European labor law, HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
• Experience supporting leaders in performance management, talent development, and internal promotion processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities.
