The International Sales Manager role at WIN SOURCE focuses on building strategic partnerships with global OEMs, EMS providers and technology companies while helping customers solve complex electronic component supply challenges. Working with customers across AI infrastructure, automotive, industrial, medical and advanced electronics sectors, this role helps customers maintain production continuity and support critical programs where reliable component supply is essential.

This position plays an important role in supporting customers with component sourcing, shortage management, EOL risk mitigation, BOM optimization and supply continuity solutions through collaboration with WIN SOURCE’s global sourcing, procurement and quality teams, and build more resilient supply chains that support innovation across industries.

Develop strategic relationships with global customers and drive sustainable business growth across assigned markets.
Manage the complete sales journey, from market development and customer engagement to RFQ management, negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with global teams and represent WIN SOURCE at customer meetings and industry events.

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development or related commercial roles, with a proven ability to develop customers and drive business growth.
