Задачи:

• Lead and supervise an accounting team of 2–3 people, ensuring effective task distribution and professional development
• Prepare group consolidation adjustments
• Analyze and monitor adjustments for GAAP differences between local GAAP and US GAAP
• Prepare and deliver the monthly Reporting Package to the Group
• Perform Flux Analysis and justify the main variances
• Collaborate on external audits
• Assist in reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Provide financial reports to senior management and assist in analyzing financial results and KPIs
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of group accounting records
• Oversee and review group accounting operations across the group
• Guarantee compliance with local and global accounting regulations across the group
• Participate in implementing and enhancing accounting tools and ERP systems
• Implement process improvements to optimize time and resources
• Propose and execute automation and efficiency initiatives within financial processes

Требования:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Big 4 experience is required
• Advanced knowledge of Spanish GAAP
• Solid knowledge of group consolidation processes and intercompany eliminations
• Proven experience in external or internal audit cycles and statutory reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in Spanish
• Advanced level of English
• Nice to have: US GAAP knowledge, experience with ERP systems and reporting tools, experience with AI tools and automation workflows, project management experience
