Product Manager

Overview

BrainRocket is an international software development and digital solutions company with 1,300 professionals across Cyprus, Poland and Portugal. We are looking to hire a Product Manager to join our team and contribute to our products.

Responsibilities

• Creating buy-in for the product vision internally and with key external partners
• Deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for the teams
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches, including collaboration with executives and other product management team members
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry (this experience is a must; resumes without it will not be considered)
• Experience in managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Market and competitive analysis
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

Nice to have

• Good understanding of online Casino operation
• Understanding of responsible gambling (MGA, SGA, DGA etc.)
