WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Full employee lifecycle: You manage the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to contract administration and offboarding for our growing Madrid organization.

Local payroll coordination: You act as the primary interface between the Madrid entity, external payroll providers, and internal Finance teams to coordinate and validate monthly payrolls.

Employee & leadership support: You serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, advising leadership on performance management, workplace conflicts, and people strategy.

Compliance & workplace frameworks: You ensure compliance with Spanish employment law, manage statutory requirements such as Equality Plans and health and safety (PRL), and oversee policy implementation.

Labor & employee relations: You monitor legal developments, manage relationships with employee representatives, and ensure proper information and consultation processes are maintained.

International HR collaboration: You partner closely with global HR teams in Germany to translate corporate guidelines into locally compliant, practical solutions while driving workforce growth.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Your educational background: You hold a degree in Human Resources, Employment/Labour Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a related field that underpins Your extensive HR expertise.

Your strengths: You demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with a pragmatic hands‑on mentality. You excel in stakeholder management, cross‑cultural collaboration, and navigating sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and high integrity.

Your profile: You bring at least 8–10 years of broad HR experience in Spain, ideally within a multinational retail or fast‑paced setting. You have deep knowledge of Spanish labor law, collective bargaining agreements, outsourced payroll coordination, and digital HR tools, complemented by fluent Spanish and English skills (German is an asset).
