This is a true “jack of all trades” role, ideal for someone with deep hands‑on experience across Microsoft 365, AWS, Jira, Windows Server, and network infrastructure, paired with a strong, proactive security mindset. You’ll ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the systems that power day‑to‑day operations and future growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer, monitor, and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Entra ID, Intune)
  • Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including identity sources, networking, security controls, HPC, SAML, and Route53
  • Support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, file services, patching, and backups
  • Administer and customize Atlassian Jira and Confluence, aligning tools with team workflows and integrations
  • Support network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, site connectivity, and basic SD‑WAN
  • Design and maintain network layouts and subnet allocations for new and existing facilities
  • Apply security best practices across systems and networks, supporting compliance, monitoring, and incident response
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, and applications
  • Provide guidance to IT support teams on complex software and hardware issues
  • Contribute to IT strategy and propose improvements to performance, security, and reliability
  • Maintain clear documentation of systems, configurations, and processes

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in systems and network administration
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and identity management
  • Solid knowledge of AWS services, IAM, networking, and security configuration
  • Strong Windows Server and Active Directory skills
  • Good understanding of Zero Trust and modern cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIS)
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, CloudWatch, SIEM, SOC/NOC platforms
  • Basic to intermediate Linux administration skills
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling
  • Experience with virtualization and storage technologies (VMware / Hyper‑V)
  • Strong understanding of OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM, MFA, and SaaS integrations
  • Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
  • Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Ability to translate technical challenges into clear solutions for non-technical stakeholders

Desirable Certifications

  • Microsoft 365 Administrator
  • AWS Associate or Professional
  • Network+ or CCNA
  • Security-focused certifications (e.g. Security+)
