Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team at our European HQ.

This is a key role sitting at the heart of the leadership team's daily operations. You will support the executive directly, coordinate priorities across the leadership agenda, and track strategic projects, working closely with the broader leadership team in a fast-paced and international environment.

Role summary

The Executive Assistant will support executive level directly, with occasional support to other leadership team members. Beyond classic executive assistance, the role includes coordinating priorities across the leadership agenda, tracking strategic projects and preparing information for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage the executive agenda, calendar, travel and logistics with a clear sense of priority.
• Organize leadership meetings: agendas, materials, minutes and follow-up on action items.
• Track strategic projects and report progress to the executive.
• Filter and prioritize communications, requests and decisions reaching the executive.
• Coordinate with other leadership team members on cross-functional topics.
• Prepare presentations and documents for committees and stakeholders.
• Provide occasional front desk backup during vacations or absences.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant role.
• Advanced or native English and Spanish required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus.
• Prior exposure to corporate environments.
• Discretion and judgment to handle sensitive information.
• Strong command of the Microsoft environment (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Project management experience, including use of tools for tracking projects.
• Comfortable using AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting several executives at once.
• Prior exposure to organizational transformation.
