Social Content Producer Short-Form (Internship)

At Factorial were looking for a Social Content Producer Short-Form to help us run our short-form video engine across our social channels: mainly Instagram but also TikTok LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.

Short-form is how we reach people who have never heard of Factorial. We already have the direction and the ideas. What we need is someone who turns them into clear briefs tight scripts and shoots that actually happen on time.

Our Social team doesnt treat social as a publishing afterthought. We build formats we work with real people on camera and we care about whether content actually earns attention. If you are the kind of person who saves videos because of how they were made not just what they said youll feel right at home.

About the role

As Social Content Producer you will be the production engine behind our short-form content. Youll take the angles and formats that come out of our brainstorms and turn them into briefs and scripts our video team can shoot keep every production moving in Notion publish across platforms and report back on what worked.

Youll work side by side with our Social Media Strategist who owns the editorial direction and reviews your work before anything ships. You are not expected to define our brand or content strategy. You are the person who makes it happen consistently at quality week after week: and that is a big job. Its exactly why this role exists.

This is a hands-on internship with real ownership of live content. Youll learn how a full short-form production pipeline works inside a fast-growing company from the first brainstorm to the numbers that come after and your work will be seen by hundreds of thousands of people.

What will you be doing

• Turn ideas into briefs. Take the angles and formats the team lands on and write the brief video works from: hook structure format platform length CTA and distribution plan. A vague brief is a wasted shoot.
• Draft and refine scripts. Write short-form scripts from the teams direction and sharpen them for platform and pacing. Everything is reviewed with the Social Media Specialist before it goes anywhere youll never be guessing alone.
• Keep production moving in Notion. Turn brainstorm outcomes into tasks owners and dates. Shoot dates review rounds publishing slots: youre the person who always knows the status of everything.
• Run the review rounds. Consolidate feedback across edits keep versions straight and make sure notes actually make it into the final cut.
• Help find and prepare hosts. Source internal voices who work well on camera book them brief them and make sure they show up prepared.
• Be on set. Attend shoots to protect the brief and capture the extra material well need for other channels.
• Publish properly. Own the publishing layer across platforms: copy tagging tracked links scheduling and quality checks. Youll work in Oktopost day to day.
• Think 360º not one channel. Every asset should have more than one job: cutdowns for other platforms stills and quotes for the newsletter support for long-form and other marketing touchpoints.
• Report on what happened. Pull the numbers spot the pattern and bring back a clear read on what to repeat and what to drop.

Your profile

• You are a social native. You genuinely live on these platforms and can explain why something worked not just that it did. This is the non-negotiable.
• You find business and work genuinely interesting. Our audience runs companies and teams. You dont need B2B experience but you do need to find that world interesting enough to make good content about it.
• You write well and fast. Briefs scripts captions feedback notes. Clear beats clever.
• A real feel for hooks pacing and retention. You can look at a first three seconds and say whats wrong with it.
• Organised under moving parts. Multiple shoots multiple platforms multiple review rounds. Nothing dropped nothing lost in a DM thread.
• You take direction well. Youll get a lot of feedback here. The fastest way to grow into more ownership is to absorb it and come back sharper.
• Curious about numbers. You dont need to be an analyst but you should want to know whether it worked and WHY.
• Fluent English. All content and all internal work happens in English.
• Currently studying and able to sign a training agreement. You must be enrolled at a university or vocational training centre that can sign a convenio de prácticas with us curricular or extracurricular both work. This is a legal requirement not a preference.
• Based in Barcelona on-site at HQ and on set with the team. Shoots brainstorms and review rounds happen in person.
• Nice to have: experience with scheduling or advocacy tools (Oktopost Later ManyChat) basic editing (CapCut Premiere Edits) or having grown an account of your own.
• Change is the constant. Things move fast here and you would rather build than wait for the process to exist.

One thing to be clear about

This is not a personal-brand or creator role. You wont be the face of Factorial and were not hiring for your follower count. Its also not a strategy role: editorial direction is set by the Social team and youll work inside it. What you get instead is the entire production pipeline (brief script shoot publish report) in a company where social is treated as a real centric channel.

And because this is an internship the point is that you learn. Youll be guided on-site by our Social Media Strategists with structured feedback on your briefs and scripts from day one and a clear picture of how a marketing team actually works end to end.

The practical details

• Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extending up to 12.
• Schedule: Full-time 40h per week on-site in Barcelona.
• Remuneration: 1040 gross per month for a 40h week (8.50/hour) prorated if the agreed schedule is shorter.
• Type of internship: Curricular or extracurricular via a training agreement with your university or training centre.
• Study time: One paid day off per month so you can keep up with your academic commitments.
• Start date: to confirm allow at least one month from signed offer for the university paperwork
