The Opportunity
A leading international technology company is growing its sales team in Madrid and looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join the team.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll own the journey from first contact and discovery through product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately closing new subscriptions.
If you're motivated by cold calling, ambitious targets and uncapped earning potential, this could be your next step.
What You'll Do
Leads are automatically assigned, allowing you to focus on selling and closing.
Uncapped Commission
Base: €30,000 gross/year
Target monthly commission: €600
Your commission increases with performance:
Quarterly Accelerator: Exceed 150% average achievement and your commissions for the entire quarter are recalculated at 3x. xcskxlj

AE 1: €30,000 base
AE 2: €35,000 base
AE 3: €40,000 base
Hybrid Model
What We're Looking For
Pure customer support, customer success without commercial exposure, career changers and significantly overqualified senior profiles are not prioritized.
