Experteer Overview In this role, you define and drive the global clinical value design for Roche Information Solutions, focusing on digital health, AI-enabled care, and real-world adoption. You lead a global team of medical experts and serve as Medical Director for CVRM, shaping clinical strategy and domain leadership across cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic diseases. You ensure clinical perspectives guide AI-enabled product development and evidence strategies, delivering measurable value in real-world care. You partner across product, data science, and market access to enable adoption and impact.

• Define and execute the global clinical value design strategy for RIS with emphasis on digital health and AI-enabled care transformation
• Lead and develop a global team of healthcare experts and medical directors
• Own the CVRM clinical strategy and domain leadership for cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic diseases
• Embed clinical perspectives into AI-enabled product development, data-driven decision support, and adoption strategies
• Develop solutions delivering measurable clinical, operational, and economic value with adoption in clinical workflows
• Act as strategic partner to product, evidence generation, data science, UX, and commercial teams; support reimbursement and health economics with Market Access, Payer, and GTM teams
• Set the enterprise-wide clinical strategy for AI-enabled and data-driven healthcare products and ensure scalable value creation
• Foster external engagement, building relationships with key opinion leaders in cardiology, nephrology, and metabolic disease
• Guide go-to-market and value realization with clinical credibility in commercialization and external positioning
• Ensure alignment of clinical value with regulatory considerations and real-world implementation feasibility
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize clinical impact and adoption of AI-enabled solutions
• Influence senior stakeholders and lead adoption across global and regional teams

Responsabilidades

• MD with specialization in Cardiology or Internal Medicine; board certification preferred
• 10+ years in healthcare, life sciences, digital health, or healthcare consulting
• Experience with digital health, AI-enabled solutions, and clinical decision support systems
• Proven leadership of global teams and senior xcskxlj stakeholders
• Strong understanding of regulatory, clinical, and healthcare system considerations
• Ability to translate clinical insights into algorithm-enabled product, evidence, and business strategies
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence across organizations
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive strategic clarity
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, data science, medical, and commercial teams
• MBA and/or PhD strongly preferred
• 8+ years clinical practice as a licensed physician (Cardiology/Internal Medicine)
