About the role
We are looking for an analytical and proactive Project Manager Coordinator to join our CEO Office team in Madrid.
Working across brands, markets and functions, you will support key strategic and cross-functional initiatives from analysis through execution. This role combines project management, business analysis and strategic thinking, with exposure to senior stakeholders across the Group.
You will help turn business priorities into clear actions, coordinate their execution and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects end-to-end, defining objectives, plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear ownership and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, resolve issues and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.
• Support business decision-making by analysing key performance indicators and business trends, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Conduct business, market and competitor analyses and contribute to business cases and strategic assessments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, implementing best practices and new methodologies where relevant.
• Prepare clear executive-level presentations, analyses and project updates, providing visibility on progress, key findings and outcomes.
• Ensure projects and initiatives remain aligned with internal policies, procedures and business objectives.

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, project management, strategy, transformation, business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and turn information into actionable insights.
• Critical and strategic thinking, combined with a hands-on and results-oriented approach.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, with the ability to build alignment and positively influence others.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management, business intelligence and data visualisation tools is a plus.
• Fluent English and Spanish, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player.

Experience in fashion, retail or consumer businesses is a plus.
