Administrative Assistant in Manacor

A private education and socio-cultural training center located in Manacor is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support its daily operations. In this position, you will play an active role in organizing administrative workflows, handling key documentation, and coordinating departments for a variety of subsidized training courses.

As an integral member of the team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and managing administrative documentation related to subsidized training programs.
• Coordinating agendas and departmental calendars across different sections of the training center.
• Drafting administrative reports, activity summaries, and official course records.
• Uploading and updating documents across various official and internal digital platforms.
• Ensuring thorough record-keeping and smooth operational support for the entire center.

To be successful in this position, you should bring the following profile:

• A completed vocational training qualification (FP) or Certificate of Professionalism (CP) in administration.
• A high level of proficiency in Catalan (essential for managing documentation and local communication).
• Advanced digital competence and strong confidence working with various online tools and document management platforms.
• Prior work experience in an administrative role is considered a valuable advantage.

What this position offers:

• A permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido) in the private socio-cultural education sector.
• A structured morning schedule from Monday to Friday (exact hours to be agreed upon).
