Sales - Southern Europe – Transformer solutions
Working location Spain, Madrid or Barcelona
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed company goals in the southern European market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the transformer and power distribution sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPCs, and partners across southern Europe.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt and refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with product management, technical, and customer service teams to ensure tailored solutions and high client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings throughout southern Europe.
Qualifications
Strong team player with excellent cross cultural communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business, or a related fieldOver 5 years of sales or business development experience in the power equipment sector, with a strong focus on transformer technologies.In-depth knowledge of medium and low voltage transformers, their applications, and customer requirements in the renewable and utility sectors.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the southern European market.Fluent in English; proficiency in SpanishWillingness to travel frequently across Southern Europe.
