Задачи

• Design, extract, transform, and provision test datasets for UAT, TST50, and TST60 environments
• Guarantee referential integrity of test data across interconnected systems
• Develop reusable, synthetic, and masked datasets that mirror real-world business scenarios
• Coordinate with test data management teams and environment owners on refresh and population activities
• Automate test data provisioning using SQL, Python, Shell, Jenkins, Docker, and Git
• Maintain a centralized inventory of test datasets with associated metadata
• Act as a point of contact for product owners and testing teams regarding test data needs
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements when handling test data

Требования

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ Years of experience in Test Data Management within financial services or regulated domains
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands‑on experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL databases
• Familiarity with data masking tools such as Delphix and Informatica and test data virtualization techniques
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Knowledge of SIT, UAT, and regression testing phases
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and focus on data quality
• English B2 or higher with strong communication skills
• Nice to have: experience supporting data compliance in banking or legal-regulated environments, knowledge of continuous testing enablement through data automation frameworks, familiarity with open-source masking or synthetic data generation tools, exposure to CI/CD-driven test operations in large-scale enterprise programs. xcskxlj
