The Administration EMO will provide administrative and operational support to the Expert Medical Opinion (EMO) team ensuring the correct reception coordination and follow-up of cases. The role will act as a key link between Case Managers Experts insurance companies patients and internal teams while also supporting data management expert coordination billing and payment processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming requests (calls emails apps/portal etc.) requesting Teladoc Services and create assign and follow up on EMO cases.
  • Collect and verify the required patient information and service eligibility.
  • Support in the coordination of communications between Case Managers Medical Experts physicians insurance companies and if necessary customers to gather information.
  • Liaise with Medical Experts to support case resolution and ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team regarding payment-related matters.
  • Support communication between patients physicians and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with incidents and contact customers when additional information is required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information in the relevant systems.
  • Review quality feedback and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Follow internal procedures client requirements and Teladoc Health policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in administration operations or coordination preferably in healthcare.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

Conditions:

  • Full-time position Monday to Friday.
  • Fixed-term contract: initially mornings (7am3pm) and then afternoons (3pm10pm)
  • Hybrid work in our offices located at Calle Via AugustaBarcelona.
  • Initial and ongoing training.

  • Salary: aprox. 22700 gross per year
