About the role We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to join our HR team as a maternity leave cover. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working across different areas of HR and wants to take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities, combining day-to-day operational HR support with employee-focused processes. You' play an active role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, working closely with employees, managers and the wider HR team to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience. What You'll Do * Run recruitment processes end to end, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and offers. * Make onboarding a positive experience for new hires, from the initial paperwork through their first weeks at FMIT. * Handle day-to-day personnel administration, including hires, absences, leave and employee-related matters. * Be a trusted point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance throughout their employee journey. * Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes. * Keep leadership informed on key HR topics, providing clear and relevant updates. * Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that help improve the employee experience and the way we work. What We're Looking For (Must-Have) * 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role, with the ability to take ownership and make decisions independently. * Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. * Solid knowledge of personnel administration and Spanish employment law fundamentals. * A proactive and autonomous mindset, with the ability to work independently and prioritise effectively. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with everyone from new hires to leadership. * Strong level of English, both written and spoken. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of HRIS systems. Nice to Have * Experience working within a multi-company or group structure. * A continuous improvement mindset and a genuine interest in finding better ways of working. * Experience working in an international or technology-driven environment.
