Задачи

• Serve as the functional knowledge expert for components
• Act as the liaison between the Accessibility Committee and Squad 33
• Reinforce product communication and promotion among stakeholders
• Coordinate release delivery with squads for effective release management
• Manage content, including creating tasks for countries in Lokalise
• Collaborate as part of the Squad Product Trio by communicating, organizing the product, and adding value beyond the role
• Create and track tasks to ensure end-to-end implementation of ODS components by the correct squads through production release
• Communicate with One Design System consumers to manage requests and expectations and motivate them to implement and contribute to the community
• Assist the Product Owner in organizing negotiations for component delivery and development and collect feedback across countries and squads as part of stakeholder management

Требования

• Complete professional fluency in English
• Proactive, autonomous, organized, and analytical approach
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software or digital projects
• Experience working with component libraries and design files
• Experience working on social or consumer-facing products across desktop and mobile platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to lead meetings, debate, and give feedback while respecting colleagues
• Demonstrated senior profile with the ability to generate ideas and materialize xcskxlj them into effective solutions
