Join the ITSM Platform team supporting one of Europe’s leading consumer electronics retailers, where you will play a key role in the configuration, development, and support of their IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. Operating in a dynamic technical environment, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure the ITSM platform evolves in line with business needs and delivers high-quality service management across the organization.

The person is going to be working with Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the configuration, maintenance, and basic development of the Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform under guidance
• Lead the integration of the ITSM tool by performing basic testing and documentation of system interfaces
• Apply ITSM processes and contribute to following ITIL best practices
• Act as a support liaison, helping to coordinate with the client and third-party vendors on reported issues and minor improvements
• Advanced knowledge of databases, including MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
• Ensure routine development tasks adhere to agile principles and internal standards
• Provide first and second-line technical support for ITSM-related applications and user interfaces

Core skills/experience:

• 4+ working with ITSM platforms such as Ivanti Neurons, ServiceNow, Cherwell, or BMC Remedy.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
• Hands-on experience with system integration, configuration, and support.
• Strong skills in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of databases, including MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
• Familiarity with HTML, XML, and working with web services/APIs.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
