Quality Assurance Test Manager

As a Quality Assurance Test Manager, you optimize and control our quality assurance test process. You lead , coach, and inspire a global team of quality assurance test engineers. You manage the development and safeguard the quality standards, test strategy definition , guidelines, and test approaches .

You are responsible for:

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring reliable release test plans in close collaboration with our product development managers.
• Following up on all steps from the initial scope negotiation with the Project Manager and (agile)development process to the implementation of test strategy, test plan, testing, and quality assurance.
• Evaluating the test and continuous improvement processes.
• Delegating to our test experts and senior test engineers, but, when necessary, you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Reporting about testing, testing projects, and testing program activities.
• Participating in tooling selection and supporting their implementation.
• Encouraging team members to share feedback and ideas and empowering them to realize their targets and push continuous improvement.
• Facilitating and coordinating cross-team collaboration with development teams, but also with ICT, Cloud, Security, Documentation, and Customer Services teams.
• Ensuring all priorities are met and all stakeholders are kept informed about progress.
• Reporting to Executive Management about challenges with respect to the quality of our products and team management.
