Senior Business Analyst

Our client is a leading global fashion retailer, operating in 200+ online and 90+ offline markets worldwide.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-level digital solutions, working with a modern tech stack and delivering measurable business value.

Please note that this is a hybrid role, requiring attendance in the office at least twice per week.

IF YOU ARE

• An experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
• Confident in defining and communicating product vision and strategy
• Skilled in backlog management, prioritization techniques, and roadmap planning
• Experienced in translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong in stakeholder management and expectation alignment
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business)
• Data-driven and capable of making informed product decisions
• A proactive, result-oriented decision-maker
• A strong communicator and negotiator
