Legal Counsel (Commercial & Corporate)

We are hiring a Legal Counsel (Commercial & Corporate) to join an international pharmaceutical company based in Madrid.
If you enjoy being close to the business, negotiating complex agreements, and working in a regulated environment with real ownership — this might be for you.
The role
You will act as a trusted legal partner to Commercial, Regulatory, Quality and Operations teams, handling:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (distribution, supply, manufacturing, licensing, services, NDAs).
- Corporate governance and cross-border matters.
- Legal support in a regulated pharma environment.
- Day-to-day GDPR contractual topics.
- Coordination with IT on cybersecurity/compliance matters (non-implementation role)
- Managing external counsel.
Profile
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial & corporate law.
- Strong negotiation skills and international exposure.
- Experience in pharma/life sciences is a plus.
- Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
