Team

The Serrala Hub plays a crucial part in the company’s overall strategy. The product owner is responsible for contributing to the vision of the platform and developing a concrete, aligned roadmap that follows the overall strategy and vision.

• Contribute to the platform vision and strategy – align the product roadmap with the overall business goal
• Engage with stakeholders, including product manager, customers, internal teams, and executives
• Own and prioritize the platform product backlog
• Support feature development by collaborating with the development team, including developers, QA, and UX engineers
• Help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

What Makes You Excel in This Role

• At least 3 years as a Product Owner, plus 3 to 5 years of technical or business experience in software development projects. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Communicate efficiently and foster collaboration within and across teams
• Manage stakeholders and expectations – ability to deliver inspiring and informative presentations
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Technical understanding of system integration points such as APIs or event‑driven messaging
• Product management skills, i.e. ability to define precise requirements, plan, and manage the work
