Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering ;
• Three to five years’ experience in a Cloud Engineer role or related position ;
• Relevant training and/or certification as a Cloud Engineer .
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering ;
• Certified AWS Solutions Architect, Cloud Security Certification, and/or OpenStack Administrator Certification ;
• Experience in developing software using languages such as Java and Python .

Desirable

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering ;
• Certified AWS Solutions Architect, Cloud Security Certification, and/or OpenStack Administrator Certification ;
• Experience in developing software using languages such as Java and Python .

Duties/role

• Working with the IT team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud‑based solutions for the organization ;
• Supporting the planning, designing, and developing of cloud‑based applications ;
• Managing the cloud environment in accordance with the organization’s security guidelines .
