Senior Fullstack Engineer – Applied AI

At Workfully , we’re building the first global recruitment marketplace where independent recruiters can grow, engage, and monetize their talent networks — connecting them to meaningful opportunities at innovative companies worldwide.

Our technology is designed to make recruiting more transparent, fair, and scalable. We’re a profitable early-stage company with clients like TravelPerk, OLX, Accenture, Inditex, and FreeNow , and we’re now expanding our engineering team to build the next generation of the Workfully platform.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who’s passionate about product, user experience, and applied AI .

You’ll work end-to-end across the stack — from concept and design discussions to production-ready delivery — building features that make our platform smarter and more intuitive. You’ll collaborate with product and design early in the process, experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and semantic search , and help us bring real AI value into recruiting.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver features end-to-end across frontend and backend
• Collaborate with product and design during discovery and planning
• Integrate AI components (LLMs, embeddings, semantic search) where they add value
• Contribute to architectural discussions and ensure technical scalability
• Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and testing

Our Stack

We work with a modern TypeScript-based stack:

• Frontend: React, Next.js, TailwindCSS
• Backend: NestJS, Sequelize, MariaDB / PostgreSQL
• Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch), Docker, Auth0
• Testing & CI/CD: Jest, Testing Library, GitHub Actions
• Principles: SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, Clean / Hexagonal Architecture
