MCC Coordinator – Volotea

Mission – keep our fleet flying safely and efficiently every day. You’ll support crews in real time, coordinate maintenance actions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure passengers get where they need to go without disruption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to support for flight crews, coordinating maintenance across our network.
• Respond to AOG situations – isolate faults, manage parts requests, and get aircraft back in the sky.
• Follow up on deferred defects and ensure they’re fixed quickly to maintain performance.
• Track fleet technical status and clearly communicate any operational limitations.
• Supervise line maintenance providers and ensure they meet Volotea’s standards.
• Occasionally prepare daily work packages and support heavy maintenance.
• Represent Volotea in non‑routine maintenance tasks, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience in an airline maintenance department.
• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint (bonus points for Power BI or SQL).
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, loves solving problems.
• Proactive, hands‑on, takes initiative.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Good communicator, enjoys teamwork, can stay calm under pressure.
