PQA / SQA Engineer (Assembly)

Overview

At EBRO Factory, we are driving the future of the automotive industry through innovation, quality, and operational excellence. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PQA / SQA Engineer to strengthen our Quality team within the Assembly area .

Responsibilities

• Lead product and supplier quality in Trim & Assembly, accelerating issue resolution, continuous improvement, and compliance with customer and EBRO standards.
• Lead quality containment actions and root cause analysis for production and supplier issues.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, QRQC, etc.
• Monitor KPIs related to quality performance, defects, rework, and supplier incidents.
• Support launch activities, validations, and engineering changes during industrialization phases.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Suppliers to ensure quality compliance.
• Conduct audits and follow-up activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar.
• Previous experience in Automotive Quality, preferably within Trim & Assembly.
• Experience in PQA, SQA, Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality roles.
• Knowledge of vehicle interior components (trim, interiors, finishes, etc.).
• Knowledge of automotive quality tools and standards: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, 8D methodology.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
