About the Role

We are currently seeking an Immigration & Global Mobility Lawyer to join our team in Málaga.

Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice to clients on immigration matters, such as obtaining visas, residence permits, and citizenship in Spain.
• Guiding clients through immigration laws and procedures, ensuring they fully understand how these regulations may impact their personal or professional situation.
• Working closely with individuals, families, and corporate clients to deliver high‑quality, personalized legal solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in Immigration and/or Global Mobility, with a solid understanding of Law 4/2000 and Law 14/2013
• C1 level of English, both written and spoken
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Client‑oriented mindset with a focus on service quality
• Residence in Málaga or nearby areas
