We are hiring a Dataiku Specialist to join a leading international private‑banking organization , contributing to the evolution of its data and analytics capabilities. This is a high‑impact role within a global and highly regulated environment.

The Project

You will join a growing Business Intelligence and Data Science team within IT , supporting the expansion of a centralized Dataiku platform.

You’ll play a key role in driving data platform adoption , enabling self‑service analytics, and contributing to the development of a Dataiku Competence Centre (DCC) .

An experienced Dataiku Specialist with a strong technical background and collaborative mindset, capable of designing scalable data workflows and empowering business users.

We are looking for someone passionate about data, automation, and enablement , who can bridge technical and business needs.

• Hands‑on experience working with Dataiku DSS (data prep, workflows, automation, collaboration)
• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, joins, aggregations, performance tuning)
• Experience with Python for data manipulation (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
• Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Familiarity with relational databases and cloud storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob)
• Knowledge of common data formats (CSV, JSON, Parquet)
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Version control experience (Git)
• Strong communication skills, with ability to explain technical topics to business users
• Professional level of English
• Dataiku certifications (Data Scientist / Data Engineer)
• Experience building training materials or onboarding users
• Knowledge of data governance and metadata management
• Experience with Dataiku advanced features (scenarios, APIs, webapps)
• Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx)
• Experience in financial services or private banking

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Dataiku workflows (ingestion, transformation, automation, delivery)
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions (SQL/Python)
• Support internal users and promote best practices across the organization
• Contribute to the creation of a Dataiku Competence Centre
• Develop and deliver trainings, workshops and enablement materials
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts and IT teams
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security and privacy standards
• Document data processes, lineage and dependencies
