Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate and monitor raw material supply risks
• Quantify the potential impact of raw material shortages on customers
• Lead crisis task forces and mitigation plans
• Drive allocation and business continuity decisions
• Help with the execution and follow‑up of the inventory allocations
• Assess supply impact and prioritize demand
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders globally
• Define and execute mitigation strategies
• Improve processes and crisis visibility

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally with exposure to raw material risk or crisis management
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory and allocation)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven decision‑making mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align global and regional stakeholders
• Proven capability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to anticipate risks and translate complex supply situations into clear business impact
• Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge and enhance existing processes
