Задачи

• Design and implement advanced artificial intelligence systems based on large language models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, LoRA, and PEFT techniques;
• Build and optimize model evaluation pipelines by defining metrics and validation frameworks beyond standard benchmarks;
• Develop intelligent agent architectures using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS AgentCore;
• Design and implement multi-agent systems with planning, tools, and memory capabilities, integrating structured knowledge bases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Требования

University degree: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields;

• Experience developing, evaluating, and optimizing production AI/ML solutions based on LLMs, including fine-tuning, PEFT, LoRA, or instruction tuning, with metric definition and model behavior analysis;
• Experience programming with Python;
• English at least B2;
• Knowledge and experience using generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace;
• Nice to have: Experience designing and operating AI systems and scalable data pipelines in production environments, including contexts requiring reliability, explainability, or auditability;
• experience with advanced AI technologies such as agent frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, AWS AgentCore, multi-agent systems, and contributions to knowledge graphs, semantic web, or open-source projects.
