Norwegian speaking Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities: Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services. Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information. Consolidate and build the customer base. Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail. Ensure consistent customer follow-up. Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies. Handle customer needs and inquiries. Requirements Language Skills: C2 level of Norwegian language with advanced English skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Nordic market. 20 months sales experience is preferred. Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight. CRM Experience: strong CRM experience, capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Communication Skills: strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
