- Partner with business stakeholders to develop impactful reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decisions.
- Lead and contribute to key digitalization and automation projects related to reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate on requirement engineering: Uncover user needs, translate them into clear functional requirements, and ensure solutions meet user expectations.
- Manage solution backlogs, prioritizing features to ensure the tech team delivers maximum value with each release.

What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding of user needs. Proven ability to communicate with business stakeholders and development team.
- 2+ Experience in project management utilizing agile management tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in various reporting, analytics, or data management projects. Experience with a leading BI tool (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a relevant field.
- Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management (Minimum demonstrated B2).
