The Team:

You’ll join the content marketing team: made up of writer-strategists who do both the thinking and creating. We understand the problems our prospects, customers, and stakeholders are facing, and we solve them with content. High-quality, compelling, creative content that moves the needle and raises the bar. The Role:

We’re looking for someone with a passion for content and creative marketing. You don’t need to have experience writing professionally, but you do need to tell a good story. You should have a sense of what could break through in 2026 and 2027, what won’t, and why. You’re curious, perhaps technical, maybe an aesthete, bonus points if you follow tech and Saas.

You’ll definitely want to try your hand at anything and everything: new formats, new channels, new metaphors – and you'll be keen to dig into the data, using performance insights to shape (and sharpen) your work throughout the year. You’re comfortable, excited even, by the idea of jumping into projects across subject areas. The learning curve can be steep. But life is good at the top of it.

The work you’ll do:

• Understand the challenges of our prospects, stakeholders, and customers and come up with content ideas to solve them
• Write clear, confident, conversational copy for a variety of formats and channels
• Take long-form assets and creatively slice them into bite-sized platform-specific content
• Analyze content performance metrics to inform our content strategy
• Collaborate daily with design, video, and other creatives to bring our team’s writing to life
• Build relationships with key SMEs across the business
• Look outside and share with the team big ideas, small fixes that keep Celonis on top

The qualifications you need:

• Recent graduated Bachelor or Master in a relevant field
• You’re a native/near-native English speaker (and writer)
• Some storytelling experience: anything from a student newspaper, a personal Substack/blog, scriptwriting, creative essays, or even social media threads
• Ability to learn about complex tech: you should enjoy digging into the \"how\"and \"why\" of things you might not yet understand (yet)
• Comfortable using AI today and keen to get familiar with the AI solutions of tomorrow
• Proven ability to grasp complex concepts and convert them into clear, consumable prose — did we mention the learning curve? xcskxlj
• Strong project management skills
• Comfort with ambiguity: a self-starter mindset, able to move with shifting priorities
• An innate sense of how people consume information today: you should understand what makes content \"scroll-stopping\" on B2B channels like LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasts
• Strong proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Bring 12 months of full-time availability, 40h/week and be based in Madrid to work one-site from the Madrid Office
