Digital Pricing Product Operations & Standards Lead

In this role you will lead the evolution of product management standards and roadmaps for a global Digital Pricing team. You will partner with Product Owners and cross-functional groups to implement consistent practices and governance at scale. You will drive backlog prioritisation, roadmap planning and KPI tracking to improve delivery predictability. You will create playbooks and onboarding materials to accelerate adoption of Agile-at-Scale. This is a governance- and transformation-focused position with a clear impact on pricing product maturity and cross-team alignment.

• Define and improve product management standards, roadmaps and backlog governance
• Support Product Owners and cross-functional teams in adopting consistent product practices
• Drive governance routines, backlog prioritisation and roadmap planning aligned with Agile and SAFe
• Develop playbooks, templates, governance packs and onboarding materials
• Promote Agile-at-Scale practices and continuous improvement
• Track KPIs related to product maturity, backlog health and delivery predictability
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Agile Delivery or Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmapping and backlog governance

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools
