• Manage the recruitment process for Operations teams in the French market
• Publish job offers on various platforms and job boards to maximize visibility and attract top talent
• Develop a strong understanding of industry trends and competition
• Identify and propose innovative and relevant recruitment channels for finding qualified candidates
• Conduct telephone pre-screening interviews to assess basic skills, motivation, and fit for the role
• Act as a partner to hiring managers throughout the process, from defining needs to making final decisions

Требования

• Speak French and English
• Have at least 2 years of recruitment experience
• Work autonomously and stay organized while managing multiple tasks
• Be curious, proactive, and fully engaged in the TA team
• Thrive in dynamic environments and embrace daily challenges
• Nice to have: Spanish
