What You Will Learn & Do as a Kitchen Trainee: Assist chefs in the preparation of ingredients and basic cooking tasks Support in the mise en place for daily service Learn proper food preparation techniques and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times Assist in monitoring stock levels and informing supervisors of shortages Support the kitchen team during service and high-volume periods Help in the preparation of dishes for events and banquets Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the kitchen What are we looking for? A current student related to Culinary Arts or Gastronomy xcskxlj Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety Organized, proactive, and eager to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Available for a 6-month full-time internship Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU Your benefits Paid Internship Staff meals during the working shifts Mentorship and hands-on career-building experience
