About Soul Water

Soul Water is a premium mineral-water brand sold across the Netherlands, Spain, France, Belgium and selected export markets, through hospitality & venues, B2B and retail, and a growing number of digital channels.

We run deliberately lean: a small, senior core team that owns strategy, brand and relationships, supported by an automated backoffice and a flexible layer of specialist external partners. Our guiding principle is "automate the desk, outsource the hands, keep the brain" and internally we orchestrate; we don't do everything in-house.

We're scaling to 10X the company by 2030.

The Role

You're interested and driven to grow Soul Water's presence in the on-trade channels; including premium hospitality and venues in your market?

A field salesperson who builds relationships, wins listings, and turns them into recurring volume, that is what we need at Soul Water. You own your territory end to end.

What You'll Own

• New HoReCa & venue accounts in your territory, from prospect, pitch, to close
• Relationships with the venue Owners, F&B managers and Buyers
• Listing growth and re-orders; keeping accounts active
• Premium brand representation, including tastings, samplings, activations
• Smooth fulfilment, in coordination with the back office and logistics colleagues

Targets You'll Be Measured On

• Number of new premium HoReCa / Venue accounts opened per month
• Volume and re-order rate from your accounts per month
• An active, well-maintained sales pipeline and account base

Who You'll Work With

• The commercial team, the sales back office / order desk, and local distributors and logistics partners

What We're Looking For

• Field sales experience in Beverage, FMCG or premium hospitality (on-trade)
• Relationship-driven, autonomous and self-managing
• Lives in / knows the territory Spain (coastal areas + key cities)
• Native Spanish language speaker plus professional working English

Nice to Have

• An existing on-trade network in your market
• Experience xcskxlj launching or growing a premium beverage brand

How You Work

• Autonomous and low-supervision: you plan your own territory and manage your own pipeline
• Hands-on and in the field; comfortable owning targets part-time

Practical Details

• Scope: part-time possible; territory-based and a base contract fee + sales bonus
• Start: as soon as possible
• Location: in-markets: Spain (coast + major cities)
• Growth potential: scope to become the anchor commercial presence in your territory as the market grows
