We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Manager Aftersales Iberia to strengthen relationships with our existing customers across Spain and Portugal.

Rather than selling new equipment, your mission is to help customers get the most from their installed Kardex solutions through service agreements, upgrades, modernisations, and operational improvements . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys long-term customer relationships, understands industrial service environments, and takes pride in providing valuable solutions that improve customer performance. Reporting directly to the Director Life Cycle Service Spain, you will work closely with customers, service teams, and account managers to identify opportunities that create lasting value for both customers and Kardex.

Location:

Greater Madrid Area (hybrid, approximately three office days per week). Just because it is our rule in Madrid, and to be consistent to what we say to everyone here. In reality you know i want this role to be in the office one day per week. Your Mission As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will help them maximise uptime, performance, and operational efficiency throughout the lifecycle of their Kardex installations.

You will:

Develop and expand service, maintenance, and support agreements within an established customer base Identify opportunities for upgrades, modernisations, relocations, and productivity improvements Advise customers on how to improve operational efficiency and material flow Build long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders Prepare tailored proposals and quotations together with Area Managers and technical experts Present service solutions that deliver measurable business value Maintain customer information and opportunities in Salesforce CRM Collaborate closely with Service Operations, Back Office teams, and Area Managers to ensure outstanding customer experience Your Profile We are looking for a professional who combines commercial awareness with a genuine passion for customer service. xcskxlj You bring: Experience in industrial services, aftersales, maintenance contracts, technical sales, customer success, or account management Understanding of intralogistics, automation, supply chain operations, manufacturing, or technical service environments A consultative sales approach focused on solving customer challenges rather than transactional selling Strong relationship-building and communication skills A customer-first mindset and the ability to build trust with technical and operational stakeholders Willingness to travel throughout Iberia and a valid driving licence English communication skills at B2 level or above Technical or business education, or equivalent professional experience Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and business tools such as Microsoft 365 and SAP Knowledge of SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman, or Trusted Advisor methodologies is considered an advantage.
